From January 17th, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo is hosting the photographic exhibition \u201cAltinvm. Tra passato e futuro” [\u201cAltinvm. Between Past and Future\u201d].<\/p>\n
Through a wonderful selection of photos taken by Carla Carletto and Franco Storti, this exposition wants to raise awareness of the extraordinary archaeological site of Altino. These evocative and surreal pictures offer visitors a dreamlike and poetic vision of ancient Roman Altinvm: the scenic landscape, the archaeological remains and the human figures within it combine perfectly, giving the idea of \u200b\u200ba past that reappears in the present to accompany the visitor towards the future.
The two artists use images as narrative tools, leading the audience on an accessible and immersive journey based on observation, emotion, and sensitivity.<\/p>\n
The exhibition will be open until March 26th and will follow the following opening hours::
– from January 17th to February 22nd: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (last admission at 5:00 p.m.)
– from February 23rd to March 26th: 10:00 a.m. \u2013 6:00 p.m. (last admission at 5:30 p.m.).<\/p>\n
