- Free admission**: children under 12 years of age, authorized tour guides, residents of the Municipality of Venice with proof of residence, IPAV and Fondazione Venezia Servizi alla Persona employees with identification card, persons with disabilities and accompanying person.
- 15€ Private photoshooting (not available for online purchase).
*In case of closure of the exhibition halls there will be a single entrance fee of 6€, excluding categories with free admission.
**Requirements for the application of reductions and free admission will be verified at the ticket office. Should those entitled to free admission wish to reserve a specific date and time to visit, they can do so online at a cost of €1 by selecting “free ticket + €1 pre-sale.”

Complesso dell’Ospedaletto
NOTICE: From April 17 to Nov. 24, the Ospedaletto Complex will be open free of charge to the public without reservation during Biennale Arte 2024.
Since the space will host a contemporary art exhibition, the installations may interfere with the normal enjoyment of the venue.
For groups accompanied by a guide and groups of at least 4 people, it is mandatory to arrange access in advance by sending an e-mail to booking@fondazioneveneziaservizi.it

Practical info for admission
All our sites, with the exception of the Scala Contarini del Bovolo, can be visited by reservation only by writing an e-mail to booking@fondazioneveneziaservizi.it or by filling out the form below at least 3 working days in advance. For this reason, there is a total fixed cost of 40€, in addition to the entrance ticket per person, for the exclusive opening of each of the places (Oratorio dei Crociferi, Complesso dell’Ospedaletto e Chiesa delle Penitenti).
If you want a guided tour the total fixed cost is €60 instead of €40.
*The fees must be multiplied for each site you wish to visit.
